Customer Testimonial

Thought it was prudent to drop an e mail to express from the castle team how impressed we all were with the installation of the tower crane on the 30th September. An exceptionally professional performance from the very beginning (4am!) to the completion. I have to admit i was anxious about the install but with hindsight, never needed to be and it is a credit to all involved. I am aware that lots of Falcon staff are copied in on this email, but more aware that others have been missed off and i would like to ask that you convey our thanks to all involved. These e mails are not common place or as regular as i would like them to be, and you should be proud of the dedication and professionalism shown throughout the whole process. We have had nothing but complements from the Norwich Museum Services team, the clerk of works and the rest of the Norfolk County Council representatives which is a credit not only to you, but represents Morgan Sindall in a great positive way as well.
