Secure Customer Portal

We have been working hard on improving our customer interface, introducing a new secure customer portal offering three key services:

1. Ordering system - order ancillary items direct through our portal. It will generate a request to the authorised approver on site and once approved be submitted to us at Falcon.

2. Snapshot - a snapshot of site activity including information for all your sites on Falcon crane performance such as breakdowns and planned activity.

3. Site records - access all documentation relating to your site, such as assessments and reports, removing the need to hunt down hard copies and ensuring all authorised site staff can access the information they need. We are really excited to go live with this service for all customers as from next week. Get in touch with us to find out more.

Thought it was prudent to drop an email to express from the castle team how impressed we all were with the installation of the tower crane on the 30th September. An exceptionally professional performance from the very beginning (4am!) to the completion. I have to admit I was anxious about the install but with hindsight, never needed to be and it is a credit to all involved. I am aware that lots of Falcon staff are copied in on this email, but more aware that others have been missed off and I would like to ask that you convey our thanks to all involved.

These emails are not common place or as regular as I would like them to be, and you should be proud of the dedication and professionalism shown throughout the whole process. We have had nothing but complements from the Norwich Museum Services team, the clerk of works and the rest of the Norfolk County Council representatives which is a credit not only to you, but represents Morgan Sindall in a great positive way as well.

The 48m tall tower crane "Amelia" has been part of the airport's skyline for over a year and it has been a pleasure to work with the Falcon team during this time. We are happy to have completed the dismantling operation successfully and i would just like to thank you again on behalf of Ferrovial for completing the dismantling of TC1 successfully. From Chris G.planning the whole operation to Bradley and of course Rhys and Andy on site. It's good to have been working with you and we hope to do so again in the future.

I would like to pass on my and the team at Sparrow Farms appreciation regarding the crane removal last Friday. 

The professionalism of the guys coordinating the removal of the crane and the mobile crane operator was very good. Despite a tricky start with the Hiab lorry having to be replaced the guys got on with the job and nothing was a problem. The lift went really well and it was a pleasure to see the crane removed successfully. Please pass on our thanks to the team.
