DIY SOS

Helping DIY SOS make a difference! 
Falcon Contract Lifting had the privilege of supporting DIY SOS with a truly special project this April, lifting a pre-fab OKOPOD into a tight-access rear garden for a family in need.

When the original plan for a Hiab lift was ruled out, we worked closely with Ian Hodgkinson and the DIY SOS team to rework the lift strategy. 
We teamed up with our friends at Emerson Crane Hire Ltd, who provided the 450te mobile crane and crane operator for the lift, an essential part of the solution.
Over two days, our team delivered: Safe access, matting & crane setup A 450te mobile crane lift at 60m radius Full transport & rigging logistics A seamless lift in under an hour Every detail, from route planning and matting to RAMS and lift ops, was handled in-house by Falcon Contract Lifting, with Emerson Crane Hire Ltd providing the vital heavy-lifting power.

Addenbrooke’s Hospital
